The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. Hats off to housekeeping, room was very clean. Just a suggestion to management. Please make sure all balconies are checked for wasp nest. There was one on the balcony

The location was great - right near the bridge to the peninsula with Charleston's historic downtown and to roads leading south to Folly Beach. The one bedroom unit with kitchen was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Fresh towels were delivered each day by housekeeping. Parking at the on-site lot was free and convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We did not use the free breakfast buffet but it looked good.

Location was very easy to find, right off the main road. Quiet. Entire hotel was spotless in cleanliness, not even a piece of paper on the floor throughout the 5 days I was there. Walls clean throughout. Parking was plentiful despite being a lot of cars at times. Rooms were very large in my opinion, very clean upon arrival. Decent amount of fresh towels and linen on bed was stainless. Bed comfortable, mattress and pillows were firm. Kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans and supplies for cooking was sufficient. Hot water. Rooms were soundproof. Provided plenty of carts for luggage. Elevator was clean and fast. Breakfast was outstanding! Enjoyed hot options as well as quick food for on the go. Staff constantly restocking and cleaning of breakfast area. Hot coffee throughout the morning. Plenty of relief area for pet, property even provides poop bags. Everything was just excellent.

Location was convenient to MUSC Surgery Center. Especially impressed with: First day had emergency cut on palm of hand and the janitor was most helpful in cleaning and bandaging using first aid kit at office before I drove to Access Urgent Care for stitches. During stay he compassionately inquired about my injury and my husband’s surgery recovery.

The hotel is conveniently located between downtown, Folly Beach and a lot of other parks, activities and restaurants. It was quiet and the room had a great large balcony for the kids to play on without disturbing other guests. The breakfast was adequate and they tried to have variety and toppings.

Room met our needs for three adults. Felt more like being at home than in a hotel room. Proximity to activities was good.

The staff was excellent. Especially the young lady that kept our room so comfortable and clean. I did not get her name but many Tim es I observed her in the hallways or whenever the doors were opened to other rooms and she was singing. She has a beautiful voice, spirit and made us feel so at home. She was exceptional. The breakfast, was good, but, please include whole milk for cereal, 2% for cereal is a healthy choice, however, that is the only area I splurge in :) The front desk young lady was excellent. Very helpful and always smiled. Really great experience all the way around. The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive. I am a clean freak. :) It was so nice to stay at your Inn.

The staff was so welcoming and pleasant. Especially the manager. She was so kind and caring. Truly enjoyed the experience again. This is our second time visiting Charleston. Wouldn't stay anywhere except Residenc e Inn Riverview.
